Mega Pudu is run by Great Land of Gems! LLC, doing business as Mega Pudu. This page says what we collect, who else touches it, and how to get rid of it.
What we collect
- Your account. Email address, and the name and avatar you have on Google if you sign in that way.
- What you type. The brief describing your app, the video concept, and any edits you make afterwards.
- What you upload. App screenshots, if you choose to supply your own instead of having them generated.
- What we make. The videos, the images and clips behind them, and the prompts used to produce them.
- Purchases. Which pack you bought, when, and how many credits it added. We never see or store your card number.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and there is no tracking cookie. Signing in sets a session cookie so the site knows it is you.
Who else processes it
- Clerk handles sign-in and stores your account details.
- Stripe handles payment. Card details go straight to them.
- Neon hosts the database holding your account's credit ledger and video records.
- Amazon Web Services stores the rendered videos and images.
- Replicate and xAI run the models that generate images and clips. Your brief and prompts are sent to them to do it.
- Resend sends transactional email, such as telling you a video is ready.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors above.
How long we keep it
Videos and projects stay until you delete them or close your account. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Deleting a video removes its files and its record.
Your choices
You can delete any video from your library. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and everything in it removed, email support@megapudu.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to correct your data, object to processing, or complain to a data protection regulator.
Children
The service is not for under 13s, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
