Terms of service

Mega Pudu is run by Great Land of Gems! LLC, doing business as Mega Pudu. “We” and “us” mean that company. Using the site means you accept these terms.

What the service does

You describe an app and the video you want. We plan a short vertical video, generate the images and clips it needs, and render a roughly 12 second file you can download. Everything is produced by software, including AI models we do not control, so two runs of the same brief will not give the same result.

Your account

You need an account to make a video. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if someone else gets into your account. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.

Credits and payment

• Credits are bought in one-off packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Credits do not expire.
• Every account gets one free video. After that, making a video spends credits.
• Watching and editing a video is free. Unlocking it removes the watermark and gives you the file.
• Credits are not cash, have no value outside the site, and cannot be transferred or cashed out.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Refunds

Credits you have not spent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@megapudu.com and we will send the money back the way it came. Credits already spent on a generated video are not refundable, because the compute is gone. If something broke on our side, tell us and we will make it right.

What you upload

You keep everything you own. By uploading screenshots, images or text you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to store and process them for the sole purpose of making your video. Do not upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anything designed to impersonate a real person or company.

What you get

The video you unlock is yours. Use it commercially, post it anywhere, edit it however you like. We may show videos made on the free tier as examples of what the tool does; if you would rather we did not, email us and we will not.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available at any particular time, that a generated video will suit a particular purpose, or that it will be accepted by any app store or ad platform. Check anything you publish before you publish it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and delete your videos whenever you want. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is being used to attack the service. If we close your account without cause, we refund unspent credits.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version.
