Faceless app video
How do I make a faceless video for my app?
No founder, no talking head, no script, and silent by default. Every MEGA Pudu video works that way. The Situation shape goes further: it drops the title card, opens inside a use case, runs two lines and four app screens, and ends on the name. Text carries it. Ask for hands only if you want no faces in the open at all.
How it is built
| Shape | Opens on | Caption lines | App screens | Hook styles |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Situation | Inside the scene. No title card | 2 | 4 | Use case, Confession |
You get
- No founder, no talking head, no scripted voice
- Opens in the situation, not on a title
- Two use-case lines and four app screens
- Reels-style caption chips by default
You don't get
- A voiceover track
- A guarantee of no people. The open may show someone holding the phone. Ask for hands only if you want none
- Anything longer than 12 seconds
Faceless. Quiet Hours, an app that silences everything except three people. Open on hands putting a phone face down at dinner. Line: for when you actually want to be there. Screens: your three people, schedule, tonight.
Describe the app and the video you want. First one is free.

Questions people ask
Do faceless app videos work?
Yes. Most app clips on Reels and TikTok are faceless: a situation, a caption, the product. Nobody needs to see the founder to understand what the app does, and faceless clips are cheap to make in volume, which is what testing needs.
What is the difference between faceless and Situation?
Faceless is what people search for. Situation is the shape that delivers it: no title card, two use-case lines, four screens. Balanced and Screen are faceless too, they just open on a hook card.
Can I add a voiceover later?
Yes, in any editor. Faceless clips are silent by default, so a voice track drops straight on. Keep it short. The captions already say the lines.
